Philosophy: Technology should be a gift
Nicolas von Sobbe began his career after studying media sciences at the communications consultancy PLEON. In 2005 he joined the DDB Group, where he worked for the first time with the group’s customer McDonald’s in the areas of public relations, sports sponsoring and social media. In 2010 he moved to the communications department of McDonald’s Germany, as company spokesman and head of external communications.
In 2016 he progressed to Director of Digital where he is currently working with his team on the topic of e-commerce and CRM (app, web, and kiosk) and oversees digital transformation of the customer experience.
